What You’ll Do:
You’ll work with children, adolescents, and young adults across a wide range of behavioral and mental health needs, including:
  • Anxiety & Depression.
  • ADHD & Emotional Regulation.
  • Trauma & PTSD.
  • Family Conflict & Life Transitions.
  • Foster/Adoptive Family Support.
  • Crisis Intervention & Stabilization.

You’ll provide:
  • Individual & family therapy.
  • Assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborative, multi-disciplinary care.
  • Real-world, solution-focused interventions.

Bonus Skills We Love  (But not required—just a plus!):
  • Trauma-informed care.
  • EMDR.
  • Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
  • Parent & Family Coaching.
  • Psychoeducation strategies.
  • Experience with foster/adoptive families.

What You Bring:
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
  • (Washington license = huge bonus!).
  • At least 1 year experience in behavioral health.
  • Strong clinical judgment and heart for helping families.
  • Ability to adapt, grow, and collaborate.
