What You’ll Do:
You’ll work with children, adolescents, and young adults across a wide range of behavioral and mental health needs, including:
- Anxiety & Depression.
- ADHD & Emotional Regulation.
- Trauma & PTSD.
- Family Conflict & Life Transitions.
- Foster/Adoptive Family Support.
- Crisis Intervention & Stabilization.
You’ll provide:
- Individual & family therapy.
- Assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborative, multi-disciplinary care.
- Real-world, solution-focused interventions.
Bonus Skills We Love (But not required—just a plus!):
- Trauma-informed care.
- EMDR.
- Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
- Parent & Family Coaching.
- Psychoeducation strategies.
- Experience with foster/adoptive families.
What You Bring:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
- (Washington license = huge bonus!).
- At least 1 year experience in behavioral health.
- Strong clinical judgment and heart for helping families.
- Ability to adapt, grow, and collaborate.
