***YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LICENSE AS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST IN THE STATE OF OREGON***
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list and methods to achieve identified goals.
- Coordinate treatment plan with patient, family, and other team members.
- Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the patient; Life Skills, Daily Living, Sensory, Special Needs, etc.
- Feeding experience would be great, but not required.
- Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered. Work well with other OT's, SLP's and PT's.
- Must have excellent charting skills and the ability to input information in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid OT license in State of Oregon.
