Children’s Intensive Therapy NW is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing, mission-driven team. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric setting where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. This position will primarily be working with a wide variety of neuro-musculoskeletal issues.

The Physical Therapist will provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of neurological disorders and disabilities using our intensive therapy methods (will train in intensive methods). Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pediatric physical therapy evaluations and treatment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, and Mental Health providers.
  • Educate families and caregivers on home programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in Oregon).
  • Interest or experience in pediatric therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
